The 2019 Cameroon Championship featured five clubs with the Yaounde Pandas joined by the Douala Cheetahs (Guepard), Yaounde Bulls, Douala Gorillas and Douala Rock teams.

The 2018 Cameroon Championship was won by the Douala Black Boys, who defeated Taureau (now Yaounde Bulls) 10 - 0 in the final.
